31 Robert Barbera Invitational
The Communication Studies department and the Matador Forensics Society sponsors the Robert Barbera Invitational, an annual intercollegiate forensics tournament that brings competitors from colleges and universities around the nation. The invitational offers three exciting days of competition in parliamentary and policy debate, as well as public speaking.

I like that you guys have a lot of visuals, such as pictures and videos. I also enjoy the CSUN Performing Arts Center because it is easy to see what's going on on campus. Maybe you can highlight some of the events that are interesting to the target audience of your blog. I agree with Jacky in that I find your postings a little too long. Rather than making them long, I'd recommend linking to other websites so that people who are interested in the background can get it from other sources.
